◆ Material : Pure PA66 (Nylon 66) modified addition: 10% PTFE (Teflon/PTFE).

◆ Characteristics : 1. Extremely low friction, super wear-resistant Adding 10% PTFE with built-in solid lubrication significantly reduces the friction coefficient, and the wear coefficient K value is much lower than that of pure PA66; No additional lubricating oil is required under dry friction conditions, suitable for long-term reciprocating parts. 2. Self lubricating metal pairing (steel/aluminum/copper) that does not bite or scratch easily, operates quietly. 3. Compared with pure PA66, retaining the basic strength of PA66 only slightly reduces rigidity and impact, and the overall mechanical strength is much higher than that of PA11/PA12 and lubricated modified materials. 4. Resistant to oil, chemical, engine oil, gear oil, acid and alkali solvents, suitable for transmission and hydraulic peripheral parts. 5. The water absorption rate of the short board is still relatively high, and the size may slightly change in high humidity environments; After adding PTFE, the surface adhesion deteriorates, making it difficult to bond and spray paint.

◆ Purpose : 1. Mechanical transmission wear-resistant parts: gears, worm gears, sliders, bushings, bearing cages, guide pins. 2. Automotive components: throttle slider, seat adjustment gear, door lock wear-resistant movable parts, valve chamber sliding pad. 3. Hydraulic/pneumatic accessories: wear-resistant piston, sealing support ring, valve sliding core. 4. General equipment: Conveyor rollers, wear-resistant rails, low-noise motion components for instruments. 5. Food equipment (200 TFE 10 Z): Food machinery wear-resistant slider, conveying gasket (FDA compliant).
